Abstract

Endoprosthetic replacement of bones in oncology is a method of choice in surgical treatment of bone tumors in 80% of cases. However, results of survival rate of endoprosthetic implants are leveled by complications leading to auditing operations. In orthopedic practice endoprosthetic revision rate ranges from 5 to 50%.
