Cerebral metastases of melanoma with hemotamponade of lateral ventricle: microsurgery and clinical outcomes (case report)

Abstract

Melanoma metastases in the brain are frequent development of cancer process. Cerebral metastases of melanoma are with hemorrhage in half of all cases. Bleeding in the brain ventricles of parenchymal metastases are rarely observed. the description of the clinical observation of the patient with satisfactory results of surgical treatment of cerebral metastasis of melanoma in the right parietal lobe, complicated by bleeding in the development of the right lateral ventricle.
