Abstract
Results of the treatment of 131 patients with locally advanced malignant neoplasms of skin and soft tissues are presented. All patients underwent one-off plastic surgery. The technique and the method of instrumental monitoring and assessing the viability of donor transplants in plastic surgeries in patients with locally advanced malignant tumors of the skin and soft tissues. Based on the obtained results, an optimal tactics of the treatment of patients with locally advanced malignant tumors of the skin and soft tissues was developed.
