To evaluate the problem of non-invasive diagnostics of melanoma and to increase early diagnostics by using new non-invasive methods (dermatoscopy, siascopy). Materials and methods. Since May to September 2009 in N.N. Blokhin Cancer Research Centre RAMS 56 patients were treated. In all cases surgical treatment was made. This study is based on pathomorphologic investigations of 163 pigmented skin lesions. The main indications for surgery were ABCD rule, 7 point check list by Argenziano and spectrophotometric intracutaneous analysis. Results. Dermatoscopy and siascopy are the main early noninvasive diagnostic methods of melanoma and skin cancer. Conclusion: Comparative simplicity, non-invasive technique and high effectiveness of dermatoscopy and siascopy allow wide using of these methods for early diagnostic of melanoma.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цели работы. Оценить информативность различных неинвазивных диагностических методов при меланоме и раке кожи и улучшить результаты ранней диагностики, используя современные методы визуализации (дерматоскопия, сиаскопия). Материалы и методы. С мая по сентябрь 2009 г. в Российском онкологическом научном центре им. Н.Н. Блохина РАМН 56 пациентов получали лечение по поводу пигментированных новообразований кожи. Всем больным было выполнено хирургическое лечение. Данная работа основана на патоморфологическом исследовании 163 пигментных новообразований кожи. Главными показаниями к хирургическому лечению были ABCD правило, дерматоскопическое правило семи признаков и данные спектрофотометрического интрадермального анализа. Результаты. Дерматоскопия и сиаскопия являются важными неинвазивными методами ранней диагностики меланомы и рака кожи. Заключение.
