However, in patients with locally advanced tumors, there is an increased risk of local recurrences due to dissemination and involvement of surrounding anatomical structures. Soft tissue deficiency can cause delayed wound healing. To prevent these complications, extraarticular resection (EAR) techniques are used, followed by reconstruction with endoprostheses and soft tissue plastic. Analysis of the results shows a reduction in the level of the described complications, as well as satisfactory functional results on the MSTS scale.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Эндопротезирование суставов при опухолевом поражении костей давно является «золотым стандартом» в онкоортопедии. Однако у пациентов с местнораспространенными опухолями имеется повышенный риск локальных рецидивов, обусловленный диссеминацией и вовлечением окружающих анатомических структур. Формирование неадекватного футляра с целью укрытия импланта по причине поражения мягких тканей повышает риск послеоперационных осложнений, в том числе инфицирования эндопротеза. С целью профилактики применяются методики экстраартикулярных резекций (ЭАР) с последующей реконструкцией эндопротезами и пластикой.
