We retrospectively reviewed 51 patient with BS between 1999 and 2014 in N.N. Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Center Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. With median follow up of 86,4 months, 43,14% of patients (22/51) developed local recurrence and metastasis. Five year recurrence free survival and OS rate were 37,5 and 56,2%, respectively. Disease stage and local recurrence were indicated as unfavorable prognostic factors. Surgery remains a crucial treatment for breast sarcomas. Mastectomy is not routinely necessary if clear margin could be achieved by local excision.</p>
Комбинированный подход необходим при лечении сарком высокой степени злокачественности с учетом морфологических и иммуногистохимических параметров опухоли.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>breast sarcoma</kwd><kwd>surgical treatment</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>саркома молочной железы</kwd><kwd>хирургическое лечение</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>May DS, Stroup NE.
