Thoracotomy is still a standard approach for the patients with sarcoma lung metastasis. Our point shifted forward and thoracoscopic resection should be a method of choice for the treatment of sarcoma solitary lesions. Miniinvasive technic leads to less complications, less admission time and faster rehabilitation time. Thoracoscopic resections decreases future thoracotomy trauma and give the possibilities for faster further conservative treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В данной статье представлен обзор литературы и обсуждение показаний к выполнению торакоскопической мета-стазэктомии в комплексном лечении сарком костей и мягких тканей. Открытая торакотомия остается стандартом в хирургическом лечении больных с легочными метастазами сарком. на наш взгляд, при солитарных метастазах торакоскопическая резекция легкого может являться методом выбора. малоинвазивная методика оперирования сопровождается меньшим числом осложнений, более коротким пребыванием пациента в стационаре и способствует быстрейшей социальной реабилитации пациента. торакоскопические вмешательства уменьшают травматичность последующей открытой операции и дают возможность для более раннего начала проведения консервативного лечения в сравнении с открытыми операциями.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>lung metastasis</kwd><kwd>sarcoma</kwd><kwd>thoracoscopic resection</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>метастазы в легкие</kwd><kwd>саркома</kwd><kwd>торакоскопическая резекция</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Атанасян Л.А., Рыбакова Н.И., Поддубный Б.К.
