Complicated anatomical and topographical links of the pelvic bones and surrounding tissues impede the implementation of radical surgery. In the early 2000s, the preoperative planning with the construction of three-dimensional reconstruction and the development of virtual operations began to be widely used. The use of preoperative planning do not always give the possibility to perform resections accurately according to the plan, and therefore there was need for a navigation system during surgery. The first experience of intraoperative navigation system in the surgical treatment of patients with tumors of the pelvic bones in Russia is presented. Radical resections of pelvic bones was performed in four patients. The accuracy of the resection was 1,5 mm</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В настоящее время операции в области костей и суставов таза производятся еще недостаточно широко. Сложные анатомо-топографические связи костей таза и окружающих тканей затрудняют выполнение радикального оперативного вмешательства. В начале 2000-х гг. наиболее широко начали использовать предоперационное планирование с построением трехмерных реконструкций и разработкой виртуальных операций. Использование предоперационного планирования не всегда позволяло точно выполнять резекции по намеченному плану, в связи с чем появилась необходимость в применении навигационных систем во время операции. Представлен первый опыт в стране применения интраоперационной навигационной системы в хирургическом лечении больных с опухолями костей таза. Радикальные резекции костей таза выполнены 4 больным.
