However, results of survival rate of endoprosthetic implants are leveled by complications leading to auditing operations. In orthopedic practice endoprosthetic revision rate ranges from 5 to 50%. This article is an up date literature review on revision of endoprosthetic implants</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Эндопротезирование суставов в онкологии является методом выбора хирургического лечения при опухолях костей до 80% случаев ее поражения. Однако результаты выживаемости эндопротезов нивелируются осложнениями, приводящими к ревизионным операциям. В практике онкологической ортопедии ревизии эндопротезов могут составлять от 5 до 50%.
