In children, as in adults, there is sporadic melanoma and family history forms of cutaneous melanoma. There is a number of known genes with mutations that can lead to the development of melanoma. In this article we focused on possible molecular genetic changes that occur in the cutaneous melanoma, with special attention to germinal mutations presenting literature data and our own experience.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Меланома кожи (МК) является редкой опухолью в детском возрасте и составляет до 0,9% от всех злокачественных опухолей у детей. У детей, как и у взрослых, выделяют спорадическую и наследственную формы МК. Известен целый ряд генов и локусов в хромосомах, мутации в которых могут приводить к развитию меланомы. В статье подробно рассмотрены возможные молекулярно-генетические изменения, которые встречаются при МК, в первую очередь герминальные мутации.
