It was found a significant increase of IGF-1, 2 and IGFBP-1, 3 levels in bone tumors, compared to control group; significant increase of IGF-1, 2 levels in malignant bone tumors, compared to benign neoplasms of bones, and significant increase of IGFBP-3 levels in benign neoplasms compared to the malignant bone tumors and control group. Were found a significant differences of levels of these substances, depending on the histological type of cancer.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Иммуноферментными методами исследовали содержание ИФР-1, ИФР-2, ИФРСБ-1 и ИФРСБ-3 в сыворотке крови 113 больных новообразованиями костей. Выявлено достоверное повышение ИФР-1, -2, ИФРСБ-1, -3 при новообразованиях кости по сравнению с контролем; достоверное повышение ИФР-1, ИФР-2 по сравнению с доброкачественными новообразованиями, а также достоверное повышение уровня ИФРСБ-3 при доброкачественных новообразованиях в сравнении со злокачественными и контролем.
