Problems associated with joint prostheses include complications, which can be mechanical or biological in etiology. Surgical pathology is useful in investigating wear debris reaction, infection, delayed hypersensitivity reaction and development of an associated sarcoma. Accurate recognition of the morphologic manifestations of these disorders is very important and help to improve treatment and management of these patients.</p>
Результаты морфологического исследования помогают оценить результаты проведенного лечения, глубже изучить биологические механизмы развития нестабильности исскуственных механических контрукций.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>joint arthroplasty</kwd><kwd>wear debris reaction</kwd><kwd>delayed hypersensitivity reaction</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эндопротезирование</kwd><kwd>дендритический синовит</kwd><kwd>металлоз</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Алиев М.Д.
