Fom 2003 to 2008 the gain of absolute number of patients with hematological tumors made up 12,1%. Owing to increase in total number of the revealed diseases a surgical stage of treatment becomes more impotent. Multiple myeloma consists about 1,4% in structure of the general case rate in oncological diseases what is approximately 3-4 cases per 100,000. In the department of bone and soft tissue tumors the statistical analysis was carried out in group of 53 patients with multiple myeloma and plasmacytoma of spinal column defeat in the period from 2001 for 2011 years. Therefore the main prognostic criteria of efficiency of the possible surgical treatment, allowing to define tactics of prospective treatment were allocated. Being based on statistical analysis of the set parameters scores which were received as a result of mathematical calculation and it division into representative intervals, there was developed the scale of tactical choice of surgical and combined treatment in patients with multiple myeloma and plasmacytoma of spinal column defeat.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В настоящее время отмечается значительный рост заболеваемости гемобластозами. с 2003 по 2008 г. прирост абсолютного числа заболевших опухолями гемопоэтической и лимфоидной тканей составил 12,1% [1]. Вследствие увеличения общего числа выявленных заболеваний возрастает необходимость проведения хирургического этапа лечения. Множественная миелома составляет около 1,4% в структуре общей заболеваемости онкологическими заболеваниями, что соответствует 3-4 случаям на 100 тысяч населения [2]. В отделе общей онкологии был проведен статистический анализ группы 53 пациентов с поражением позвоночника множественной миеломой и плазмоцитомой за период с 2001 по 2011 г., в результате чего были выделены основные прогностические признаки эффективности возможного хирургического лечения, позволяющие определить тактику предполагаемого лечения. На основе статистического анализа заданных параметров, полученных в результате математического подсчета сумм баллов, разделение их на репрезентативные интервалы, разработана шкала выбора тактики хирургического лечения при поражении позвоночника множественной миеломой и плазмоцитомой.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>myeloma</kwd><kwd>plasmacytoma of spinal column</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>миелома</kwd><kwd>плазмоцитома позвонков</kwd><kwd>прогноз лечения</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Давыдов М.И., Аксель Е.А.
