The article describes case of using 3 dimensional technologies in the creation pelvic tumor endoprosthesis. At the first stage, computer simulation of surgical intervention was created and design of prosthesis was done. The next stage, titanium prosthesis was manufactured by 3D-additive technology. four courses of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with adriamycin and cisplatin was given preoperatively. The 3D-patient specific pelvic prosthesis was implanted accordingly preoperative plan. The article contains also surgical procedure and early outcomes of treatment.

Описан случай применения 3D-технологий в создании онкологического протеза костей таза для пациента с остеосаркомой подвздошной кости. на первом этапе выполнялись компьютерное моделирование оперативного вмешательства и разработка дизайна эндопротеза на основании данных КТ пациента. Следующим этапом выполнялось изготовление протеза посредством 3D-аддитивных технологий из сплавов титана. перед операцией пациенту было проведено 4 курса неоадъювантной химиотерапии по схеме AP. Индивидуальный эндопротез был анатомически имплантирован с фиксацией винтами в соответствии с предоперационным планом. В статье также описаны ход операции и ранние результаты лечения.
