At the first stage, computer simulation of surgical intervention was created and design of prosthesis was done. The next stage, titanium prosthesis was manufactured by 3D-additive technology. four courses of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with adriamycin and cisplatin was given preoperatively. The 3D-patient specific pelvic prosthesis was implanted accordingly preoperative plan. The article contains also surgical procedure and early outcomes of treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Описан случай применения 3D-технологий в создании онкологического протеза костей таза для пациента с остеосаркомой подвздошной кости. на первом этапе выполнялись компьютерное моделирование оперативного вмешательства и разработка дизайна эндопротеза на основании данных КТ пациента. Следующим этапом выполнялось изготовление протеза посредством 3D-аддитивных технологий из сплавов титана. перед операцией пациенту было проведено 4 курса неоадъювантной химиотерапии по схеме AP. Индивидуальный эндопротез был анатомически имплантирован с фиксацией винтами в соответствии с предоперационным планом.
