In this article will be considered one of the ways to influence this tumor – the Hedgehog signaling pathway.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Хондросаркома – второе по распространенности злокачественное новообразование скелета, сложность в лечении которой определяется ее рефрактерностью к химио- и лучевой терапии, что существенно сокращает терапевтические возможности лечащего врача.
