The available data on the features of rehabilitation, depending on the location of the tumor process, the type of endoprosthesis, the method of fixing the legs of the endoprosthesis, were dissected. Conducting comprehensive rehabilitation significantly improve the functional results of surgical treatment and quality of life of patients with tumors of the musculoskeletal system.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В настоящее время нет единого мнения о выборе тактики восстановительного лечения после эндопротезирования крупных суставов в онкоортопедии. Проанализированы имеющиеся данные по особенностям реабилитации, в зависимости от локализации опухолевого процесса, типа эндопротеза, метода фиксации ножек эндопротеза.
