Management of acquired nevi with high risk of malignancy depends on the results of clinical and dermatoscopy examination.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Приобретенные меланоцитарные невусы формально относятся к группе доброкачественных опухолей, однако в связи с высоким риском малигнизации они требуют особого внимания и постоянного медицинского контроля. Это касается прежде всего невусов Шпица/Рида, диспластических, комбинированных и голубых невусов.
