Resection of the left iliac bone following reconstruction of the pelvis with an individual 3D-printing endoprosthesis was performed. The article also describes all process of operation and early outcome.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлено редкое клиническое наблюдение хирургического лечения пациентки 66 лет с рецидивом хон-дросаркомы левой подвздошной кости. Выполнена операция - резекция левой подвздошной кости с реконструкцией таза индивидуальным эндопротезом, изготовленным при помощи 3D-печати.
