Literature review confirms difficulties of timely diagnosis and absence of progress in the treatment results. in spite of advances in research of PEComas histological nature of these tumors is still unclear. Further research of prognostic factors is needed to give proper treatment. Patients with PEComas of different primary sites require close follow-up after the treatment irrespective of malignant potential of tumors, as late recurrence and metastases are possible. This paper presents a case report of 11-year-old girl with vaginal PEComa, who is disease-free 10 years after the treatment.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>С 2002 г. В статье представлены данные о лечении девочки 11 лет с пекомой влагалища и последующем наблюдении в течение 10 лет без признаков прогрессирования заболевания.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>PEComa</kwd><kwd>pediatric patients</kwd><kwd>adult patients</kwd><kwd>diagnosis</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd><kwd>prognosis</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>пекомы</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>взрослые</kwd><kwd>диагностика</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd><kwd>прогноз</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
