The paper presents experience of surgical treatment of 33 patients with tumors of sacroiliac joint. all patients underwent surgery without disturbing the pelvic ring. The mean age of patients was 39 years (18 to 72). histological type of the tumors were: chondrosarcoma – 12 (36,4%), aneurysmal bone cyst – 6 (18,2%), osteochondroma – 5 (15,1%), giant cell tumor – 4 (12,1%), osteoblastoma – 2 (6%), others – 3 (9%). Mean operative time was 150 minutes (60 to 300). The volume of intraoperative blood loss averaged 1500 ml (100 to 6000). Postoperative complications were observed in 4 (12%) patients. average follow-up was 53,4 months (6–132 months). recurrence were observed in three patients in the period from 3 to 34 months. The mean MSTS score at last available follow-up was 83% (66–100%).

Представлен опыт хирургического лечения 33 пациентов с опухолевым поражением костей таза крестцово-подвздошной локализации. Всем пациентам выполнены операции без нарушения тазового кольца. Средний возраст 39 лет (18–72). по морфологическому типу опухоли распределились так: хондросаркома – 12 (36,4%), аневризмальная костная киста – 6 (18,2%), остеохондрома – 5 (15,1%), гигантоклеточная опухоль – 4 (12,1%), остеобластома – 2 (6%), внутрикостная липома – 1 (3%), остеодистрофия – 1 (3%), фибросаркома – 1 (3%), метастаз рака почки – 1 (3%). Средняя продолжительность операции составила 150 мин (60–300 мин). объем интраоперационной кровопотери в среднем составил 1500 мл (100–6000 мл). послеоперационные осложнения отмечены у 4 (12%) пациентов. Средний период наблюдения составил 53,4 мес (6–132 мес). рецидивы отмечены у трех пациентов в сроки от 3 до 34 мес. Средний показатель по шкале MSTS составил 83% (66–100%).
