The problem of adjuvant therapy in cutaneous melanoma in Russia is of particular importance due to the large proportion of advanced forms of the disease in the patient population with the local and regional stages. To date, it is shown that recombinant interferon alpha-2a and alpha-2b (IFN alpha) are an effective drugs for adjuvant therapy melanoma. high-dose interferon alpha-2b (HDI) is the standard treatment in the Us in patients with IIB–III melanoma stages. In this article we consider the portability of hdI during adjuvant therapy in patients with high-risk melanoma in a specialized department.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Несмотря на расширение лекарственных возможностей лечения метастатической меланомы кожи (мк), принципиальные изменения в разделе адъювантной терапии пока не наступили. Проблема адъювантной терапии МК в России имеет особое значение в связи с большой долей запущенных форм болезни в популяции пациентов с локальными и регионарными стадиями. на сегодняшний день показано, что существует эффективное адъювантное лечение МК препаратами рекомбинантного интерферона альфа-2a и альфа-2b (ифн альфа). высокие дозы ифн альфа-2b (вди) являются стандартным режимом в сШа у больных меланомой кожи IIB–III стадии. в данной статье мы рассмотрим переносимость высокодозной иммунотерапии ифн альфа-2b при проведении адъювантной терапии у больных меланомой кожи с высоким риском прогрессирования болезни в условиях специализированного отделения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>high-risk cutaneous melanoma</kwd><kwd>high-dose immunotherapy</kwd><kwd>interferon alpha-2b</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>меланома кожи высокого риска</kwd><kwd>высокодозная иммунотерапия</kwd><kwd>интерферон альфа-2b</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
