Results revealed elevation of S-100В in cases with primary tumors and cases with recurrent disease. Test sensitivity was 63%, specificity – 72,5%, accuracy – 67,4%. S-100B is primary diagnostic marker that may predict disease progression but further studies are needed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В работе представлены результаты исследования белка S-100B в сыворотке крови 45 больных меланомой кожи. контрольная группа – 40 здоровых доноров. результаты исследования показали достоверное увеличение уровня S-100В как у первичных больных, так и у больных с рецидивом заболевания. чувствительность теста составила 63%, специфичность – 72,5%, точность – 67,4%. таким образом, на небольшом клиническом материале S-100B зарекомендовал себя маркером первичной диагностики меланомы и маркером прогрессирования заболевания, что требует дальнейшего его изучения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>melanoma</kwd><kwd>serum tumor associated marker S-100B</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>меланома</kwd><kwd>сывороточный опухоль-ассоциированный маркер S-100B</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
