High probability of developing locally advanced forms of melanoma and soft tissue sarcomas of extremities lead to the use of combined treatment methods is quite high. In the 21<sup>st</sup> century the possibility of isolated limb perfusion chemotherapy gives patients a high objective response to therapy without their systemic administration, improving quality of life through the limb salvage. This review describes currently used therapeutic agents, results of ongoing clinical trials and personal data.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В настоящее время продолжает наблюдаться неуклонный рост заболеваемости меланомой кожи и саркомами мягких тканей конечностей. Учитывая высокую вероятность развития местно диссеминированных форм меланомы кожи и сарком мягких тканей конечностей, необходимость использования комбинированных методов в их лечении достаточно высока. В XXI в. возможность применения изолированной химиоперфузии конечностей дарит пациентам высокий объективный ответ на химиопрепараты без их системного введения, улучшения качества жизни за счет сохранения конечности.
