The review of the literature is devoted to the classification, epidemiology, clinical presentation and radiological findings of osteoid-osteoma. Osteoid-osteoma is a benign bone producing tumor, that develops in a young group of patients. Clinical presentation of osteoid-osteoma, in spite of it small sizes (not more than 2 cm), followed with a severe pain. Along with clinical symptoms CT examination reveals osteoid-osteoma with a high accuracy.

Представлен обзор литературы, посвященный классификации, эпидемиологии, клинической картине и лучевой диагностике остеод-остеомы. Остеоид-остеома относится к группе доброкачественных костеобразующих опухолей скелета, которая характерна для людей молодого возраста. Клиническая картина остеоид-остеомы типична и, несмотря на ее небольшие размеры (не превышающие 2 см), сопровождается выраженным болевым симптомом. Наряду с клинической симптоматикой проведение РКТ-исследования позволяет обнаруживать опухоль с высокой степенью вероятности.
