Chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery and possible targeted therapy are the main steps of successful treatment. Evolution of chemotherapy is discussed in this literature review.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В настоящее время стандартом является комбинированный подход в лечении опухолей семейства саркомы Юинга. Полихимиотерапия, лучевая терапия, хирургическое лечение, а с недавнего времени использование таргетных препаратов являются залогом успешного лечения.
