In group 1 were included 72 patients who received preoperative thermo-chemo-radiotherapy (ТCRТ) and surgery (S). The group 2 consisted of 45 patients treated with preoperative chemo-radiotherapy (CRТ) followed by S too. The locoregional-recurrence-free-survival (LRFS), metastasis-free survival and overall survival rates (93, 74, 88,5%) at 5 years were higher in groups with ТCRТ compared to the CRT (72,5, 59, 63%). Local hyperthermia didn’t increase an incidence of postoperative complications.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В МРНЦ были пролечены 117 больных местно-распространенными саркомами мягких тканей. Больные были распределены в группы по виду лечения. В первую были включены 72 пациента, которым провели предоперационную термохимиолучевую терапию (ТХЛТ) и хирургическое вмешательство. Вторую группу составили 45 пациентов, получившие химиолучевую терапию (ХЛТ) с последующей операцией. Показатели пятилетней безрецидивной, безметастатической и общей выживаемости оказались выше в группе с ТХЛТ (93, 74, 88,5%) в сравнении с группой ХЛТ (72,5, 59, 63%).
