Vaccine therapy after surgical treatment for prevention of tumor recurrence may be more effective. In this trial we present results for clinical and immunological effectiveness of dendritic vaccine therapy of stage III–IV cutaneous melanoma after surgical treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Иммунотерапия дендритной вакциной приводит к активации противоопухолевого иммунного ответа, которого в некоторых случаях бывает достаточно для регрессии опухоли даже при метастатической меланоме. применение вакцины в профилактическом режиме после хирургического удаления опухоли с целью предотвращения рецидива может быть более эффективно.
