Material of the research were the results of the survey of 37 patients with uterus leiomyosarcoma (LMS), who were treated and observed at federal state scientific institution «Russian Cancer Research Center them. Blokhin» in the period from 2012 to 2014. Sonographic signs of metastases and recurrent uterus LMS are mostly hypoechogenic – the same as the signs of primary tumor. Echographic diagnostics makes possible to detect the presence of a pathological process, its localization, structure and sizes of tumor, clarify the diagnosis.

Материалом исследования явились результаты обследования 37 больных лейомиосаркомой (ЛМС) тела матки, которые лечились и наблюдались в РОНЦ РАМН за период с 2012 по 2014 г. Ультразвуковая картина метастазов и рецидивов ЛМС тела матки характеризовалась такими же признаками, как и первичная опухоль, – преобладали отражения пониженной интенсивности. Проведение эхографии позволяет выявить патологический очаг, определить локализацию, размеры и структуру опухоли, состояние окружающих органов и тканей, регионарных лимфатических узлов, а также дать оценку распространенности заболевания, уточнить диагноз и получить полноценное представление о местно-регионарном и отдаленном распространении ЛМС матки.
