There are many approaches to bone tissue engineering. In this review we describe molecular and cellular processes of osteal tissue and implant interaction.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>При дефектах костей, переломах и реконструктивной хирургии требуется восстановление костной ткани.
