Making of the fixation on the cervical spine requires carefull examination of the patient before the surgical treatment and high accuracy intraoperation control, due to the potential risk of iatrogenic damage of the spinal cord, nerve roots or vertebral artery is the most often on cervical spine. Decreasing intraoperation radiation level on patient and surgical crew is as important problem. The decision of all questions is the use of the computer assisted navigation system. This method allows to make fixation with various type of screws or making intraoperation control of the bone needle biopsy, vertebra- or kyfoplasty with high accuracy, minimal risk of iatrogenic damaging and decreasing radiation level (because of the shortening work time or stop using standard methods of placement control – computer tomography or X-ray).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Оперативные вмешательства при опухолях шейного отдела позвоночника состоят из двух последовательных этапов – удаления опухоли и стабилизации соответствующего сегмента. Выполнение стабилизирующих операций на шейном отделе позвоночника требует тщательной предоперационной подготовки и высокоточного интраоперационного контроля позиционирования имплантов, так как потенциальный риск ятрогенных осложнений, связанных с повреждением нервных корешков, спинного мозга или позвоночной артерии, наиболее высок именно на данном уровне, особенно при заднем доступе. Также актуальна проблема снижения интраоперационной лучевой нагрузки на пациента и персонал. всем вышеперечисленным требованиям отвечает использование метода компьютерной навигации. Применение этого метода позволяет с высокой точностью, минимальным риском осложнений и минимальной радиационной нагрузкой (за счет уменьшения времени работы или отказа от использования стандартных методов контроля позиционирования имплантов – интраоперационной компьютерной томографии или рентгеноскопии) выполнять фиксацию с использованием различных вариантов транспедикулярных винтов или осуществлять контроль позиционирования чрескожных костных игл при трепанбиопсиях, вертебро- или кифопластике.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>computer navigation system</kwd><kwd>cervical spine tumors</kwd><kwd>posterior stabilization</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>компьютерная навигационная система</kwd><kwd>опухоли шейного отдела позвоночника</kwd><kwd>задняя стабилизация</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
