A case of a 50-year-old male patient suffering from a tibial chondrosarcoma of the soft tissues is presented; the disease progression after first-line chemotherapy was revealed and treatment with autologous dendritic cell vaccine was initiated. During vaccine treatment for 19 months the patient’s condition is stable. his treatment continues.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Саркомы мягких тканей – редкая группа высокозлокачественных заболеваний, плохо отвечающих на химиотерапию. Представлен случай пациента 50 лет, страдающего хондросаркомой мягких тканей голени, у которого было выявлено прогрессирование заболевания после первой линии химиотерапии и начата терапия аутологичной дендритноклеточной вакциной. На фоне лечения вакциной на протяжении 19 мес у больного сохраняется стабилизация заболевания.
