The average age of patients was 45 (from 18 to 65). There were no infection complications in the early postoperative period. Collatamp EG can be recommended for orthopaedical patients with high risk of wound infection as additional agent for local antibiotic prophylaxis.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Выполнено 40 хирургических вмешательств с интраоперационным использованием коллагеновых губок (Collatamp® EG) с антибиотиком (гентамицин). Средний возраст пациентов составил – 45 лет (от 18 до 65 лет). Ранних послеоперационных инфекционных осложнений не наблюдалось.
