Multiple myeloma consist about 1,4% in structure of general case rate of oncological diseases that is approximately 3-4 new cases per every 100 000 people. Owing to increase in total number of the revealed diseases a surgical stage of treatment becomes more impotent. At that moment there are no specialized prognostic spinal scoring systems for patients with lymphoid tissue tumors. On the basis of the statistical analysis group of 48 patients was defined by possibility of using existing prognostic spinal scoring systems in patients with multiple myeloma and plasmacytoma spinal column lesion</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>По данным статистического анализа, в современной онкогематологии отмечается тенденция к росту числа заболеваний группы опухолей лимфоидной тканей. Множественная миелома составляет около 1,4% в структуре общей заболеваемости онкологическими заболеваниями, что соответствует 3-4 случаям на 100 тысяч населения [1]. Вследствие увеличения общего числа выявленных заболеваний возрастает необходимость проведения хирургического этапа лечения. В настоящий момент не существует специализированных систем выбора тактики хирургического лечения для пациентов с поражением позвоночника опухолями лимфоидной тканей.
