The value of standard and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in diagnosis and evaluation of the treatment efficiency in a patient with primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma is shown.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлено редкое клиническое наблюдение первичной неходжкинской лимфомы позвоночника с компрессией спинного мозга.
