A case of the primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma of the spine with spinal cord compression is reported. The value of standard and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in diagnosis and evaluation of the treatment efficiency in a patient with primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma is shown.

Представлено редкое клиническое наблюдение первичной неходжкинской лимфомы позвоночника с компрессией спинного мозга. Показаны возможности стандартной и динамической контрастной магнитно-резонансной томографии для первичной диагностики и оценки эффекта лечения у больного первичной неходжкинской лимфомой позвоночника.
