Standard RECIST criteria underestimate the tumor response in contrast with highly sensitive PET evaluation. Proposed criteria modifications offer CT response evaluation. We demonstrated a difference between response criteria presenting a clinical case.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Оценка эффективности гливека при стромальных опухолях желудочно-кишечного тракта является предметом дискуссии. Стандартные критерии RECIST недооценивают эффективность лечения в отличие от ПЭТ, обладающего высокой чувствительностью. Предложенные модификации критериев оценки эффекта позволяют применять компьютерную томографию.
