In accordance with the analysis of literature ABC can occur as a primary bone tumor (primary ABC) or as a component (secondary ABC) of a giant cell tumor, osteoblastoma, chondroblastoma and osteosarcomas. This article represents only a primary ABC. Radiology diagnostic methods, especially MRI can diagnose ABC with a high accuracy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлен обзор литературы, посвященный классификации, эпидемиологии, клиническому течению, морфологии и лучевой диагностике аневризмальной костной кисты (АКК). На основании последних данных АКК относится к группе опухолей неопределенного генеза, встречающейся у молодого контингента больных. В литературе АКК подразделяется на первичную и вторичную формы. Вторичная форма АКК может встречаться в гигантоклеточной опухоли, остеобластоме, хондробластоме и остеосаркомах. Данная статья подробно рассматривает только первичную форму АКК.
