Often, its lymphogenous spread is realized in the first place. That is why the assessment of the state of the regional zones of lymph drainage is a prognostically significant aspect of the diagnosis of this disease.  </p><p><bold>The study objective </bold>– to estimate the possible predictive value of the results of preoperative lymphoscintigraphy for multiple regional lymph node involvement in clinically localized cutaneous melanoma.</p><p><bold>Materials and methods.</bold> The study involved 89 patients with clinically localized cutaneous melanoma who underwent  sentinel lymph node biopsyand regional lymphadennectomy. Morphological findings were compared with the results of preoperative lymphoscintigraphy.  </p><p><bold>Results.</bold> In this paper, quantitative data such as the number of lymphatic drainage areas, the number of sentinel lymph  nodes in one anatomic region and their combination were considered.  </p><p><bold>Conclusion.</bold> It was impossible to determine unambiguously the number of involved lymph nodes. However, the lymphoscintigraphic findings were suggestive of a higher risk for multiple lymph node involvement in patients with several accumulation zones and several lymphatic drainage areas.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Введение. </bold>Меланома кожи – опухоль с высоким метастатическим потенциалом. Чаще всего встречается ее лимфогенное распространение. Именно поэтому оценка состояния регионарных зон лимфооттока является прогностически значимым аспектом диагностики данного заболевания.  </p><p><bold>Цель исследования </bold>– проанализировать результаты предоперационной лимфосцинтиграфии и определить ее значимость для прогнозирования множественного поражения регионарных лимфатических узлов при клинически локализованной меланоме кожи.  </p><p><bold>Материалы и методы. </bold>В исследование включены 89 пациентов с клинически локализованной меланомой кожи,  которым были выполнены биопсия сторожевого лимфатического узла и регионарная лимфаденэктомия. Данные  морфологического исследования сопоставлены с результатами предоперационной лимфосцинтиграфии.  </p><p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Проанализированы такие данные, как число зон лимфооттока и сторожевых лимфатических узлов  в 1 анатомической зоне, а также их сочетание.  </p><p><bold>Заключение. </bold>На основании результатов предоперационной лимфосцинтиграфии пациентов с меланомой кожи  невозможно точно определить риск метастатического поражения лимфатических узлов, однако полученные данные  свидетельствуют о его увеличении у больных с несколькими очагами накопления радиофармпрепарата и несколькими зонами лимфооттока.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>melanoma skin</kwd><kwd>sentinel lymph node</kwd><kwd>lymphoscintigraphy</kwd><kwd>micrometastasis</kwd><kwd>sentinel lymph node biopsy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>меланома кожи</kwd><kwd>сторожевой лимфатический узел</kwd><kwd>лимфосцинтиграфия</kwd><kwd>микрометастаз</kwd><kwd>биопсия сторожевого лимфатического узла</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Sappey M.P.C.
