Resectable chondrosarcomas requires surgical treatment, and tend to local recurrence, often repeatedly.A case report of a 38 years old female patient with secondary chondrosarcoma of femur is presented. The role of multidisciplinary team in tactic choice of primary treatment and recurrence treatment is shown.</p>
На примере показана роль мультидисциплинарной команды в выборе тактики первичного лечения больной, а также в процессе неоднократного рецидивирования опухоли.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>musculoskeletal radiology</kwd><kwd>onco-orthopedics</kwd><kwd>bone tumors</kwd><kwd>chondrosarcoma</kwd><kwd>limb-sparing surgery</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>лучевая диагностика костно-мышечной системы</kwd><kwd>онкоортопедия</kwd><kwd>опухоли костей</kwd><kwd>хондросаркома</kwd><kwd>органосохраняющее лечение</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Soft Tissue and Bone Tumors.
