Chondrosarcoma is one of the most common tumors in adults. Resectable chondrosarcomas requires surgical treatment, and tend to local recurrence, often repeatedly.A case report of a 38 years old female patient with secondary chondrosarcoma of femur is presented. The role of multidisciplinary team in tactic choice of primary treatment and recurrence treatment is shown.

Хондросаркомы являются одной из наиболее часто встречающихся опухолей костей у взрослых. Резектабельные хондросаркомы требуют хирургического удаления и склонны к локальному рецидивированию, зачастую многократному. В статье представлено клиническое наблюдение вторичной хондросаркомой бедренной кости, возникшей на фоне остеохондромы у пациентки 38 лет. На примере показана роль мультидисциплинарной команды в выборе тактики первичного лечения больной, а также в процессе неоднократного рецидивирования опухоли.
