And no less heterogeneous are paraneoplastic skin presentations arising before malignant tumour manifestation and/or proceeding in parallel. In the current literature review the most common paraneoplastic dermatosis are presented: pyoderma gangrenosa, dermatomyositis, paraneoplastic pemphigus, pityriasis rubra pilaris, Bazex syndrome, necrolytic migratory erythema, ptyriasis rotunda, Sweet syndrome. It is provided modern concepts in pathogenesis, clinical features and treatment approaches.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Клиническая, морфо-иммунологическая и цитогенетическая характеристика злокачесвенных опухолей крайне полиморфна. Не менее разнообразны и паранеопластические кожные проявления, возникающие до манифестации злокачественного новообразования и/или протекающие параллельно с ним. В настоящем обзоре представлены наиболее часто встречающиеся паранеопластические дерматозы: гангренозная пиодермия, дерматомиозит, паранеопластическая пузырчатка, красный волосяной лишай, синдром Базекса, некролитическая мигрирующая эритема, лишай ротонда и синдром Свита.
