The article presents current data on the molecular genetic profile, diagnosis and treatment of primary and secondary angiosarcomas of the breast. A search for relevant sources was carried out in the PubMed, Cochrane Library and eLibrary systems, publications from 2012 to 2023 were examined, 29 of which were used to write this review.no standard treatment guidelines, and the optimal approach remains surgical resection to achieve negative resection margins. The role of neoadjuvant, adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy remains controversial.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Ангиосаркома – редкая агрессивная опухоль, происходящая из эндотелиальных клеток кровеносных сосудов. Она характеризуется высокой степенью злокачественности и неблагоприятным прогнозом и способна поражать внутренние органы. Наиболее частой локализацией ангиосаркомы является кожа. В статье представлены современные данные о молекулярно-генетическом профиле, диагностике и лечении первичных и вторичных ангиосарком молочной железы. Поиск источников по теме осуществлялся в системах PubMed, Cochrane Library и eLibrary. Проанализированы публикации с 2012 по 2023 г., 29 из которых использованы для написания данного обзора.</p><p>Степень злокачественности опухоли служит предиктором выживаемости. Стандартных рекомендаций по лечению ангиосаркомы не существует, оптимальным подходом остается хирургическая резекция с достижением отрицательных краев резекции.
