This method is used to evaluate different diseases including skin melanoma, stomach cancer, cervical carcinoma and penile cancer. Our research is focused on using ICG lympphography for breast cancer treatment. Aim of research. Evaluation of the possibility of ICG lymphography method usage for SLN detection while breast cancer treatment. Methods and data. 200 I-II-A-B breast cancer deceased previously supervised and conducted combined and/or complex therapy including reconstructive plastic surgery were made operations. The first group of patients was performed an SLN biopsy, a modified radical mastectomy ± reconstruction or organ-sparing surgery and axillary lymphadenectomy leveled I-II. The second group of patients was performed an SNLB, mastectomy ± reconstruction or organ-sparing operation. Results of the research. Major diagnostic characteristics of the method: frequency of SLN finding is 98-100%. False negative result: 3.4-9%. While monitoring the patients for 36 months there was received no evidence of local-regional metastasis. Conclusion. According to the diagnostic characteristics of fluorescent lymphography is not inferior to the international standard with radioisotope tracer. The importance of the method of fluorescent lymphography for the clinical practice of an oncosurgeons is extremely high.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Флуоресцентная лимфография с индоцианином зеленым применяется широко в мире для исследования сигнальных лимфатических узлов. Она применима при различных заболеваниях, в том числе при меланоме кожи, раке желудка, раке шейки матки, раке полового члена. Наша работа посвящена исследованию сигнальных лимфатических узлов с помощью флуоресцентной лимфографии у больных раком молочной железы. Цель. Оценить возможность исследования сигнальных лимфатических узлов методом флуоресцентной лимфографии у больных раком молочной железы. Материалы и методы. Прооперированы 200 больных раком молочной железы I-ИА-Б стадии, наблюдавшихся и получивших комбинированное и/или комплексное лечение, включая реконструктивно-пластические операции. Первой, контрольной, группе больных выполняли биопсию сигнальных лимфатических узлов, модифицированную радикальную мастэктомию ± реконструкцию или органосберегающую операцию и подмышечную лимфаденэктомию I-II уровней. Второй, основной, группе больных выполняли БСЛУ, мастэктомию ± реконструкцию или органосберегающую операцию. Результаты. Основные диагностические характеристики метода: частота нахождения СЛУ составила 98-100%. Ложноотрицательный результат равен 3,4-9%. За время наблюдения за больными в течение 36 мес не было получено данных о локо-регионарном метастазировании. Заключение. По диагностическим характеристикам флуоресцентная лимфография не уступает международному стандарту с радиоизотопным трейссером.
