Angiosarcoma is a rare malignant neoplasm that develops from endothelial cells and can affect any tissue and organ, but most commonly the skin of the head and neck. This tumor is characterized by aggressive progression and early hematogenous metastasis, which leads to an unfavorable prognosis and underscores the importance of diagnosing this pathology at its early stages. Early detection of angiosarcomas is quite challenging due to the complexity of differential diagnosis and establishing a pathomorphological diagnosis. The article presents a clinical case of treatment for locally advanced angiosarcoma of the facial skin and scalp, demonstrating the aggressiveness of this rare tumor and the relevance of its early diagnosis.

Ангиосаркома представляет собой редкое злокачественное новообразование, развивающееся из эндотелиальных клеток и способное поражать любые ткани и органы, но наиболее часто – кожный покров головы и шеи. Данная опухоль характеризуется агрессивным течением и ранним гематогенным метастазированием, что обусловливает неблагоприятный прогноз заболевания, а также необходимость диагностики этой патологии на начальных стадиях. Раннее выявление ангиосарком является довольно трудной задачей в связи со сложностью дифференциальной диагностики и установления патоморфологического диагноза.

В статье представлен клинический случай лечения местно-распространенной ангиосаркомы кожи лица и волосистой части головы, демонстрирующий агрессивность этой редкой опухоли и актуальность ее ранней диагностики.
