The assessment of therapeutic pathomorphosis plays a crucial role in predicting disease outcomes and selecting the optimal treatment strategy. This article discusses the morphological and molecular characteristics of synovial sarcoma, existing classifications of pathomorphosis, modern assessment methods, and the prognostic significance of pathomorphosis degree. Special attention is given to the impact of various factors on treatment efficacy, the prospects of personalized medicine, and the integration of innovative technologies in the diagnosis and management of this tumor.</p>
Особое внимание уделяется влиянию различных факторов на эффективность терапии, перспективам персонализированной медицины и внедрению инновационных технологий в диагностику и лечение данной опухоли.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>synovial sarcoma</kwd><kwd>therapeutic pathomorphosis</kwd><kwd>prognosis</kwd><kwd>molecular marker</kwd><kwd>personalized therapy</kwd><kwd>metastasis</kwd><kwd>immunohistochemistry</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>синовиальная саркома</kwd><kwd>лечебный патоморфоз</kwd><kwd>прогнозирование</kwd><kwd>молекулярный маркер</kwd><kwd>персонализированная терапия</kwd><kwd>метастазирование</kwd><kwd>иммуногистохимическое исследование</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Gazendam A.M., Popovic S., Munir S. et al.
